Waterlily & Clay – Refund & Return Policy

We want you to absolutely love your purchase from Waterlily & Clay. Every piece we make is crafted with care, and your satisfaction means the world to us. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Returns

We accept returns on eligible items within **14 days** of delivery. To qualify for a return:
– The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
– Personalized or custom-made items are *non-returnable*, unless they arrive damaged or defective.

*Please note:* Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item sent, damage, etc.).

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you about the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within **7 days** of delivery with clear photos of the issue. We’ll make it right with a replacement, refund, or store credit—whichever you prefer.

Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item, we recommend initiating a return and placing a new order.
